  • 1. Place the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl and gently stir to combine.
  • 2. Peel the steamed shrimp and cut into quarters. Add the shrimp and bacon to the bowl and fold to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips and extra lime wedges.
