With so many variations out there for parsnip chips, sometimes the simplest is the best. Seasoned with only salt and pepper, the roasted, sweet flavor of the parsnip shines through. A simple chip that will redefine the word addicting.

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel parsnips and slice 1/8" thick. Place oil, salt, and pepper in medium bowl. Stir to combine. Add parsnip slices and toss to coat evenly. Place slices on parchment-lined baking sheet in single layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until slightly golden with soft centers and crisp edges. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and serve.
